Q- How do I participate in the offered games?

You first need to be a registered user in order to be able to participate in the games. You can register by clicking on ‘New User’ in the main page and then follow the instructions. You will not be able to complete the playing process unless you are a registered user. You will also need to have funds in your purse to start participating and entering the draws. You can add funds by clicking on ‘My Playlebanon’ from the main page and selecting ‘Add funds to purse’. Addition of funds can be made through credit card, personal check, or bank (wire) transfer. For more details, click on the “how to play” banner from the main page.

Q- Can I participate in the games from outside Lebanon?

Yes. Playlebanon can be accessed from all over the world.

If you are not a Lebanese citizen, you need to make sure that your applicable legislation does not prohibit you from participating in international lotteries.

Q- How  are the Credit Card payments on the site processed?

Credit Card Payments to PlayLebanon are processed through Bank Audi Payment Gateway. The payment site is a Verisign 128 bit SSL encrypted and secure page. All data input on the payment page is encrypted. Even PlayLebanon does not have access to the Credit Card information.

Q- Are there any extra charges on bank transfers?

PlayLebanon does not charge any fee for collecting money from, or making payments to, its subscribers. In some cases, however, third party fees may apply. Transfers made to an account held with Banque Audi are done free of charge. Other banks are being gradually added. Third party fees on international bank transfers amount to around USD 35 per transfer.

Lotto FAQ

Q- What is Zeed?

Zeed is a lottery  game offered optionally upon purchase of a lotto Grid. Zeed is a classical lottery where the player is assigned a random 5 digits number. On the draw date, a winning number (also composed of 5 digits) is drawn randomly. If the last 2 digits of the winning number match the last 2 digits of your Zeed number, then you are eligible for a prize.  The more digits you match (starting with the rightmost digit) the higher your prize! Draws are held in parallel with lotto draws (on every Monday and Thursday).

Q- What is the deadline for entering a certain draw?

You can enter your orders until 15h:15 on the day of the draw (Mondays or Thursdays). Orders made after that time will enter the following draw.

Q- What is the 'What If' (in the Lotto Play Area)?

‘What If” shows you how a specific grid would have performed in previous draws. It compares your selection to the 7 numbers drawn (6 main 1 bonus) in previous draws and highlights the hits. To use the ‘What If’, select (or highlight) the grid that you wish to test and click on 'What If' under the number selector.

Q- How do I know if I won?

Draws are held every Monday and Thursday at 19:30 Beirut Local time. The draw is transmitted live on LBCI. PlayLebanon users who have entered a specific draw will be notified, by email, within a few minutes from the draw, with the results of the draw and the performance of their orders.

Q- How and when will I receive my winnings?

After the draw, your winnings are automatically credited to your purse. You may use them to enter future draw or choose to collect them (or withdraw funds available in your purse) at any time. Withdrawn funds are sent to you either in the form of a check, by mail, or through a bank transfer. You may order a withdrawal from the ‘My PlayLebanon’ section.

Q- Are the winnings taxable?

All Winnings exceeding 10 times the grid cost are subject to a withholding Tax of 20 % as per the lebanese law and only the net amount is credited to your purse.

Q- Does Playlebanon take a share from my winnings?

No. PlayLebanon fees are supported by La Libanaise des Jeux. Prizes are paid in full without deduction of any sort (save for applicable taxes).
