104 Card Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. By holding this Card, each holder irrevocably agrees to be fully bound by the present terms and conditions, as well as by the terms and conditions of PLAY LEBANON SAL available on its websitewww. Playlebanon.com, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms herein. 2. Three type of Cards are available: - 100 Units Card. - 50 Units Card. - 25 Units Card. Each Card entitles its holder to participate to 104 draws of the LEBANESE LOTO that will take place during the period mentioned on the Card. 3. The Card is a bearer Card. PLAY LEBANON SAL will not recognize any other owner of the Card than its holder. 4. Prizes are awarded to cardholders as follows: (i) holders of 25 Units Cards shall be entitled to 25% of the prizes awarded to a winner of grid, (ii) holders of 50 Units Cards shall be entitled to 50% of the prizes awarded to a winner of grid, and (iii) holders of 100 Units Cards shall be entitled to 100% of the prizes awarded to a winner of grid. 5. Winning cardholders may only cash their winnings from la LIBANAISE DES JEUX SAL at the end of each month, at the following address: 812 Tabaris, Charles Malek av., Ashrafieh, Lebanon. 6. PLAYLEBANON SAL is entitled to deduct the following amounts out of the aggregate winnings of each Card during its validity period: - LBP 30,000, per 100 Units Card. - LBP 20,000, per 50 Units Card. - LBP 10,000, per 25 Units Card. Deduction shall be automatically made in favor of PLAYLEBANON SAL, out of the aggregate first winnings of each Card as set forth above. After the receipt by PLAYLEBANON SAL of the above-mentioned amounts under a specific Card, the cardholder is entitled to the balance of the winnings realized during the validity period of such Card. It is however expressed agreed that (i) the Cardholder shall not be entitled to withdraw his winnings under a specific Card unless the above amounts have been paid to PLAYLEBANON SAL under such Card, and (ii) if during the validity period of a specific Card, the aggregate winnings under such Card do not reach the amounts to be paid to PLAYLEBANON SAL as set forth above, the latter shall be entitled to automatically deduct any amounts available as of the expiry date of the Card. By holding this Card, the holder irrevocably authorizes PLAYLEBANON SAL to effect the above-mentioned deductions.
