Q- How  are the Credit Card payments on the site processed?

Credit Card Payments to PlayLebanon are processed through NetCommerce s.a.l. The payment site is a Verisign 128 bit SSL encrypted and secure page. All data input on the payment page is encrypted. Even PlayLebanon does not have access to the Credit Card information.

Q- Are there any extra charges on bank transfers?

PlayLebanon does not charge any fee for collecting money from, or making payments to, its subscribers. In some cases, however, third party fees may apply. Transfers made to an account held with Banque Audi, Bank of Beirut, or Credit Libanais are done free of charge. Other banks are being gradually added. Third party fees on international bank transfers amount to around USD 35 per transfer.
